Alserkal Avenue

This place definitely occupies the middle of the podium for the hipster division. Soft, minimal lighting and deep beats will greet you as you enter this smooth coffee joint. Given its location we might expect it to offer a certain mood. Actually going beyond these frivolities, it's a great place set in a nice part of the city away from the hustle and bustle - in the microclimate that is Alserkal avenue and you can sit in or out The menu is extensive ( and not so expensive) and they have a funky little ordering from the table system - yes but everywhere does that I hear you say - yes but theirs is well...a bit better.
So yes, you can come up here, buy some jazz on vinyl at Flipside and then settle into an hour of atmospheric coffee and a 20th century Penguin Classic ( you supply this).
Oh, and they do food, but I know not what it's like as I ain't tasted it!
